Allan Karl - principal

Allan Karl is an entrepreneurial business and marketing consultant with more than 20 years experience in strategic marketing communications, branding and executive management. Track record of designing, developing and directing the creative execution of integrated marketing and advertising programs that have successfully positioned, differentiated and delivered growth and competitiveness to small and medium enterprises and global public companies.

As principal of clearcloud, Karl provides and leads teams that provide consulting and support services for private and public companies including development and creative execution of branding and positioning strategies, integrated advertising and marketing communications campaigns, online marketing and website overhaul and development and blog and social network marketing strategies.

Karl founded Wirestone, one of the top 50 digital advertising agencies in the country, according to Advertising Age, and is past president of the American Advertising Federation.

Karl is also an accomplished and highly sought after keynote speaker, providing businesses, associations, schools and organizations with business and inspirational presentations based on his experience as a marketing entrepreneur and his adventures around the world.

Michael Paff - associate partner

Michael leads the creative, design and art direction teams at clearcloud. With more than 20 years experience, Michael's designs have garnered him numerous awards and recognition from creative groups and industry associations. With a strong emphasis on branding and corporate and interactive designs, Michael has worked with some of the biggest names in the medical, healthcare, technology, banking entertainment and hospitality industries.

A sampling of his client experience includes St. Jude Medical, 3M Unitek, Baxter, Biosense Webster, Beckman Coulter, Adaptec, Verizon Wireless, Toshiba Digital Products Division, Kia Motors, Coco’s, and FileNet. With this experience, Michael brings intense insight and strategic thought to his designs and creative executions. Michael has a proven his ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively while maintaining and enhancing company brand goals, strategy and personality. His interactive designs and work in user experience continues to break new ground and enhance client branding programs.

Mark Salow - associate partner

Mark Salow is an integrated marketing communications consultant with more than 15 years experience in digital communications, marketing, brand development and communications and team management.

Rich background in developing online programs that drive direct response, including sales programs which integrate and leverage online and offline media. Heavy experience in radio, television and motion picture marketing where past programs have leveraged top-tier talent and technical innovators for execution of award winning web, animation and rich-media and video programs. Salow has led the development, execution and management of targeted marketing programs for clients in technology, entertainment, hospitality and service-based industries.

Stephanie Robbins - associate partner

With extensive experience in Website implementation in both front-end and back-end development, Stephanie brings more than 15 years solid project management, detailed information architecture, online usability and strategic interactive marketing expertise to the team.

With a focus on details and integration of branding within multimedia presentations, Stephanie serves as a key point of contact for interactive projects. She ensures business, technical and creative objectives are being met.

Stephanie has worked with a wide range of clients ranging from high-tech arena includingSMC Networks, Hewlett-Packard and ViewSonic, to action sports including etnies and Cleatskins and real estate and healthcare with Capital Pacific Homes and Sutter Health. Whether a start up company or an established brand, Stephanie’s clients benefit from her integrated marketing experience. At Wirestone, a top-50 digital advertising agency Stephanie served as a Director of Interactive leading a team of of programmers, designers and strategist for the firms California offices She was then chosen to implement a project management process in conjunction with an accounting and project management software launch for the internal use of the national agency.

Stephanie’s focus is on the user experience with each click, email, online ad, social network tweet and phone call. Understanding the power of the brand, Stephanie brings an attention to detail and facilities a two-way communication with the user and the brand.

Holly Sue Kearns - associate

Holly prides herself on putting herself in the mindset of her customers whether it is a non-profit agency or a corporate client, ensuring every element of the business adheres to the brand. Her work experience spans the spectrum from working on the McDonald’s restaurants to other consumer driven accounts like: Tsunami clothing, Hotel 43, The Grove Hotel as well as major corporate accounts like HP, Charles Schwab, Blue Cross of Idaho, Microsoft and Bally Technologies.
Holly’s ultimate passion is in the non-profit community focusing on issues surrounding our youth and people of all ages with disabilities. She wants to ensure every citizen grows up with a sense of self-worth; ultimately contributing more fully to the larger community.
She has been named Woman of the Year and Accomplished Under 40 in the state of Idaho and works on several boards including: Boise Contemporary Theater, The Arc, and the Idaho/Boise Advertising Federation. She leads all marketing efforts for each of the boards she serves and Government Relations for the Idaho Ad Fed.
